Ella Cohen Vansover

Ella Cohen Vansover b. 1984, Israel Lives and works in Jerusalem.
She earned her BFA from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem (2011) and her MFA from the University of Haifa’s Department of Fine Arts (2019). A painter, Cohen Vansover lives in Jerusalem and works in her studio at the New Gallery, Teddy Stadium. She has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions, Solo exhibitions including at the Jerusalem Artists’ House; Haifa University Gallery and Maya Gallery, Tel Aviv;. She is currently teaching painting in various Art Centers and Academies in Israel. In addition, she has curated and produced numerous exhibitions, including Salon of the Cubia-Biennial of Painting in Israel. Her works are in the collection of the University of Haifa and private collections. Cohen Vansover is the recipient of study grants, and was awarded the Excellence Prize for a Graduate by the University of Haifa MFA Program. She is the recipient of Israel Ministry of Culture Award for the Encouragement of Creativity for 2021.
