Idan Sitbon is a Jerusalem-based printmaker. He has been practicing printmaking since his time as a B.F.A student at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design (2015-2019), and now as the manager of Bezalel Academy’s print workshop in Jerusalem. Idan’s keen interest in printmaking has to do with the medium’s inherent contrast - incorporating massive, heavy duty machinery, and the delicate presence of a light paper. This aligns with his own personal experience as a human being, that which he wishes to display in his works.
